Any purchase of software from Page Modules Sdn Bhd, the third party/ purchaser may request for refund if found unsatisfactory by sending an email of request for refund to "contact_us@pagemodules.com.my" or "sales@pagemodules.com.my".

The software refund policy is as follow :

• All software purchased from Page Modules Sdn Bhd is entitled to a 100% refund within 30 days period starting from the day software is activated ( subject to terms and conditions stated ).
• The refund process will take up to 5 working days to process.
• Page Modules Sdn Bhd has the right to claim back the software after the refund have been processed.
• Page Modules Sdn Bhd has the right to hold the third party/ purchaser informations for reference.
• Page Modules Sdn Bhd has the right to lock down/ unlock the refunder account without any notice.
• During the process of refund, Page Modules Sdn Bhd may contact third party/ purchaser in person to obtain any related informations requied to support the refund. Should the third party/ purchasers failed to provide any information required or was unable to be contacted within 3 working days, Page Modules Sdn Bhd reserved the right to revoke the request for refund.
• However, after revoking the request, the third party/ purchaser will need to re-submit his / her request for refund again ( 2nd time ) should they want to continue with their refund. Should the second request failed again due to third party mistakes. Page Modules Sdn Bhd reserved the right to decline any further request from the same third party/ purchaser for the same refund case and the right to decide on a partial refund based on Page Modules Sdn Bhd's sole discretion.
